About Warm Edge Units
Warm Edge Units has operated since April 2007 from a purpose built factory in Wickford, Essex. We have been manufacturing high quality units and maintain an excellent service to all of our customers.
The new factory has been a vision for many years to bring together:

Advanced manufacturing processes
State of art robotic equipment and highly trained & experienced staff ensures that a high level of quality and service is achieved and maintained. Detailed production sequencing and monitoring ensures that all orders are scheduled to meet deliveries on time, all the time.

Technical knowledge
Our team at Warm Edge Units is fully aware of the latest products and their applications and is happy to help with the correct selection from our wide range of products.
Standard units, high performance units, complex shapes, leaded, stained, bevelled and Georgian designs are all processed with ease, with numerous design and manufacturing software tools.

State of the art components
Using a range of hard/soft coat & low iron oxide glasses, Super Spacer, Ali Spacer & Gas types allow us to offer window manufacturers a wide range of solutions and more specifically your W.E.R (Window Energy Rating) requirements.

High quality
All units are manufactured to the stringent EN1279 part 2 & 3 requirements and are quality assessed through British Standards Institute (BSI).
Processes are checked throughout the day to ensure components and end product is of the highest quality.

Good old fashion service
All the technology in the world cannot ensure service, as this revolves around people. Here at Warm Edge Units we have a policy of regular training and review, to ensure that staff are highly competent and valuable members of the overall operation. Regular meetings ensure all areas are co-ordinated and working to their optimum level. Many of our staff have been with us for many years which builds trust with our customer base and a friendly rapport which is essential.
